I just turned eighteen. I grew up two blocks from where you probably live. My parents are both from Michigan, and I'm headed to U of M in the fall, so I'm not going far.
I've been detailing cars (mine, my parents', my friends') for years. I started Elion Car Care this summer because I wanted to do the work the right way for people on my own block, instead of hoping a chain wash treats their car well.
The work itself is two-bucket wash with grit guards, microfiber sorted by job, hand wax or ceramic spray sealant. Interior gets vacuumed, wiped down, glass, and door jambs. If a panel needs polish to come back, I quote it before I touch it. I won't machine polish without talking to you first.
